One-off setup: in Sheets tap Share → General access → Anyone with the link → Viewer, then copy the link while you're on your pickups tab and paste it here. The app only reads it — nothing is changed, and it remembers the link next time.

Cancellation? Delete the row in your sheet — the next load takes it off the run too.
